The Shotwick Park Voluntary Development Covenant

The voluntary development covenant between Shotwick Park Estate Limited and Cheshire West & Chester Council is a legally binding agreement under which we agree that we will not build any residential buildings on the farmland for 80 years commencing from the date we purchase the land. You can see the area covered by the covenant in the map here. The covenant will be registered on the land title and will be binding on any future purchaser in the event that the land is sold.  A copy of the entire covenant that has been agreed with the CWAC can be seen here.
